M.A.A.C. Property Services was founded in 1998 after our owner and President, Mark Schlutt, left Conway Central Express to focus full-time on managing a large portfolio of rental properties. Prior to his leaving CCX, he was trying to balance the demands of a full-time supervisory position at CCX with the challenges of managing rental properties on nights and weekends.
Soon after M.A.A.C. Property Services began full-time operations, we added landscape maintenance and snow plowing services to our list of services. In 2004, landscape design and installation services were incorporated, followed by fertilization, irrigation, and vegetation control services. We now offer a complete, year-round package of grounds care services for our customers, allowing us to customize programs to fit their needs.
M.A.A.C. Property Services is now one of the area’s largest full-service outdoor maintenance services company. We offer a wide range of services, described in more detail on adjoining website pages. Our white trucks are visible throughout the Niles area during every season, including winter. In fact, we are proud to be one of Michigan’s largest snow & ice management providers.
