Before the first snow flake, we prepare detailed snow response plans for each property we maintain. These plans provide the operational strategy for each location, including snow depth triggers, snow pile locations, priority areas, de-icing locations, etc. They also promote clarity regarding the scope of work and communication with our customers, management, and front-line personnel.
With snow response plans in place, we are 100% prepared for a snow or ice event. While our competitors are routing trucks and trying to explain to their drivers what needs to be done, our trucks and personnel are already working on our customers’ properties.
